« Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. »

« I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). »

« Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests »

« Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again! »

Went back to desk they removed the fan.the room was suppose to have a refrigerator but was not there.i went back to front desk she came to room to check then had one brought to us.the room had no chair to sit in at all. « I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would...

« Room was too hot at arrival- had to call Maintenance. Temp fluctuated. Restaurant was convenient, good food but slow service. Prepaid for breakfast- could have been good but no entrees available- staff said someone had called in sick and they “were doing the best they can.” Still beat typical continental type breakfast of most hotels. Clean room, comfortable. Good location. Not sure if I would stay here again. »

« A guy tired to break my door down at 8AM. Staff claimed he was another guest and just couldn’t remember what room was his. It was insane. We had a shouting match through the door. The latch keeping him out. Said he was going to “cave my F***ing head in.” I call the front desk, they run him off. After the fact, front desk guy won’t budge form his story that the guy was a guest who simply couldn’t remember his room number. »
