Studio By The Bay is a newly built, self-contained studio tucked into the bush on the edge of Jervis Bay National Park. Wake up to birdsong, wander two minutes down to Greenfields Beach for a morning swim, and finish the day with a BBQ on your private deck. It’s an easy, peaceful base for a romantic weekend or a longer coastal escape.

Please note: the studio is reached via an unsealed rear lane. It’s not steep, but the surface is uneven, and small or low-clearance cars may bottom out. An SUV or vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended. Otherwise small cars can park on a nearby street.

– Short walk: Greenfields Beach (2 minutes), Blenheim Beach, and the White Sands Walk and coastal track through to Hyams Beach

A C C E S S & P A R K I N G

– Access: Via an unsealed rear lane with an uneven surface (not steep)
– Vehicles: Not suitable for small or low-clearance cars, which may scrape underneath. SUV or higher-clearance vehicle recommended
– Parking: Off-street parking right beside the studio
– Please drive slowly and with care, especially after rain

Christmas and New Year bookings have a minimum stay of 5 nights. When booking over the summer holidays, please make sure your dates don’t leave a gap of fewer than 5 nights before or after your stay.
