„First Girls Trip to Joplin and really didn’t k ow where to stay until this charming little place showed up! Absolutely perfect for our purposes of relaxing, enjoying some local sights, and checking out the food scene! I cannot recommend this place enough! It met all our needs, and was located just outside the “hub” of Joplin so it’s quiet and cozy at night! Candace was so easy to communicate with and she promptly responded to my many questions! We will be staying here again! “

„Very cute property. We had two couples. I can’t imagine any more people could stay there comfortably. The house is pretty small. The outdoor space was wonderful! We enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs over looking the lake. We would definitely stay here again. “

„This place was an awesome get away. Very clean very friendly host. Well prepared for our stay with included snack basket ready for our arrival. Contacting the host was quick and efficient. All around one of my favorite places to stay around grand lake. Only down side we had was the walk to the water/dock was a little challenging do to uneven sloped stair that was a sharp down hill descent. Other than that beautiful view of on the water. “

„Fantastic property on the south end of the lake. Had a group of friends in that was a little large for my house. Put overflow people here. Everything was great. Property owners were amazing. Can’t go wrong here. “

„This house is so inviting and there's plenty of space indoors and outdoors for everyone. The hot tub was great because it initially rained when we arrived. Close to ski boat and sea doo rentals.......our kids and their friends had a blast at Grand Lake! Also, the host Matt was super accommodating and let us arrive early and stay an hour later for check out. Would absolutely stay here again!!!!“

„This was perfect for what we were looking for! A pet friendly home right on the water with enough bedrooms and beds for 5 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids. Having a private dock was a huge plus! The water was definitely more shallow than I expected, but still swimmable. The host was super sweet and left a bag of goodies with extra chargers, snacks, and even dog treats! I appreciated that there was a manual with instructions since this was my fist time booking a VRBO. Even though it rained all weekend, ...

„The lakehouse was well stocked and very clean! Having access to the private dock with boat lift was an amazing amenity. The house was also convenient to town (around 7 minutes) when we wanted to go explore or eat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!“
