"Wir waren mit unserem 3-monatigen Sohn eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer mit Balkon wunderschön. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal direkt am See. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Es hat direkt eine Tiefgarage, leider mit ein paar Stufen wenn man von der Garage ins Hotel will, was mit Koffer und Kinderwagen eine Challenge war. Wir werden sicher mal wiederkommen."

"All in all a good experience. Sometimes it's the small issues that give a hotel a chance to make or break their reputation. Upon arrival the first thing said by the valet was: "you can't park here" (while an old French VW Golf was standing for hours in front of the hotel), so the issue couldn't have been my new car. I asked if I could quickly unload my luggage and dog and he said: "5 minutes only" - which was rather unusual. Afterwards the receptionist luckily told me not to stress, and generally the employees were very friendly. The breakfast was "ok" - not too special, but the basics are there - no coffee service though; I had to wait in line at the only coffee machine - a new experience for me. At the end of my stay I forgot some small fresh dog treats. Sending per post within the country would cost max. 5 CHF. After my address was requested by phone (spelling it per letter), I received an email from the concierge asking my address again, and telling me they would have to charge a 20 CHF service fee on top for this "service". I politely had to decline, since a hotel of this caliber and high margins, could have just taken this as an opportunity to be kind in return, after staying and eating there incl. giving tips. If I'm honest, that feels a bit cheap to me."

"Modernes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf den Genfersee. Möblierter Balkon, Minibar, ausreichend Ablagefläche im Zimmer, Parkplätze vorhanden zum Teil sogar überdacht. Leider ist die Straße sehr verkehrsreich und somit sehr laut, ebenso die Bahnlinie. (Wussten wir aber bereits vorher)"

"We wanted to escape the heat and also use a Hotels.com reward night (although we still had to pay 80 + 25 for our dog for the 160 CHF standard room) at the end of July. The staff was friendly and when we asked whether there is surely an aircon, since it was under the roof, they went somewhere to confirm and said "Yes the room has aircon". Well, the room did not have aircon! They had removed the remote. It was not super hot in the room, but we were not happy. We were also not happy to find trash under the bed (bad cleaning!) and that the minibar wasn't on (we needed the "fridge" for fruits). We were given a better room, but they said they have a problem with the aircon. Just so you know: THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. However, the room was still fine and not too hot. Surprisingly, the baths were also really nice and refreshing even though it was 34 C outside and the baths are all 30 C+. I would absolutely not recommend it for the full price though."
