The property itself was nice. We stayed for 7 days. In those 7 days we never once had housekeeping come to see if we needed anything. I called down for towels on the 4th day, first thing in the morning and was assured they’d be delivered that morning. When we arrived back later that evening, I had to call again for service. We had a jacuzzi tub in our room that didn’t work. We called for maintenance and no one arrived so my fiance checked the breaker box and switched it on and it worked but.. it wouldn’t shut off unless we hit the breaker again. The beds were old and lumpy and the shower pressure was awful.
The 21 and over jacuzzi and pool room is a joke. Every single day of our stay we were unable to enjoy the hot tub or pool because there were children occupying it. Spoke to an employee who was rude and said she wasn’t a babysitter… if we ever stay in Virginia Beach again, we won’t be spending our money here.
