Beach view is great no complaints
Air conditioning was horrible room didn't get cool at all had to sleep with balcony door open (April)
Staff was extremely rude after requesting towels multiple times and having to go get them myself house keeping showed up while I was in the shower banging on the door like they were the police mind you the beach was on lock down with a mandatory curfew due to the high crime going on in Virginia Beach I had to jump out of the shower with only a hand towel thinking it was a emergency all for the housekeeper to be extremely rude explaining this was the second time she had to return to the room! Made a complaint at the front desk to her manager... she continued to tell at me in front of other guest and her boss
Room never got cleaned trash never taken out no shampoo conditioner or hand soap in the room no toilet paper had to use tissues until my child had to go get toilet paper from the front desk
When attempting to go to the pool we were told it was closed due to maintenance after meeting with friends we used their pool later on when we returned the pool WAS in use but was extremely dirty showers not working old and run down definitely needs done upgrading
PARKING TERRIBLE hardly any spots in the parking lot you have to park down a dark alley way while lugging your luggage across the street
Overall will not be returning
