There was no room service. There was not food anywhere as the restaraunt was not open.The convenience store was non existant as advertised. The front desk was never available to answer the phone and often was not even at the front desk. The toilet backed up and the shower head broke so that the water would not stop running, leaving us to have to switch rooms mid stay. I get that we were there off season but I think if things or at are not available it should be disclosed before booking.
