The problem was that we didn’t have hot water the first night and Saturday morning. The repair came in the morning and said that it had been turned off due to cold weather weeks before our visit. „Needless to say when we left the house was cleaner than when we arrived.There were cleaning towels and mop head in washer that had been ran but never dried that were completely dry stuck to the sides from being in there so long, there was a plate of moldy spaghetti left in the microwave that stunk the kitchen up.The house needs some updates. „The location is both a blessing and a curse. Easy (ish) walk to the beach for mobile folks. Families with small children or folks that are less mobile may struggle. Tons of amazing food and drink options (for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late nights) are within a block. But, that does run the risk of noise for anyone wanting to get in bed early or are light sleepers. The house is sandwiched between a late night eatery and a microbrew. Live music can run to 10 pm at either. But folks chatting or ...
