« Pet friendly and easy to park. Cottage is def on the small side but we didn’t spend much time inside, pool is decent, pretty new, only thing is Chincoteague replaced mosquitos by horseflies and this sucks! :) »

« This home was perfect for our family! With a park and playground right across the street, and the beach close by it allowed us to have a great vacation. The homeowner provided kitchen and bathroom essentials that made our stay easier. The outdoor shower was a great feature to have especially for after the beach. We loved how cozy and welcoming the space was. Mostly importantly, all the beds were comfortable and provided us with restful sleep. »

« Family gathering at the Bay. The house was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of space and just a short walk out of the back door to the beach. Perfect in every way. We will be back »

« The Belmont Flat was exactly as described end an easy walk from Belmont restaurants and the Downtown Mall. The onsite host was lovely - greeted us upon our arrival and surprised us with a bottle of wine when she found out we were celebrating our 15th anniversary! So wonderful! »

« Amazing stay! This is a gorgeous cottage with no detail overlooked. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The backyard is such an awesome surprise with a pergola, outside dining, fire pit and outdoor furniture. You will truly feel like you are staying in a home and not a rental. Two adults and one pup-child enjoyed every minute of our wonderful stay! »

« It was clean. It had a beautiful drive to it and it was tucked up in the woods. It would be nice if there was curtains, but that is OK. You are surrounded by trees. Enjoyed our visit. Has a very cute town nearby. Wasn’t in the house very much was enjoying all the scenery. »

« This place is amazing one story and everything is so perfect , beach comes up to the house and no lugging stuff to the beach so convenient and the water is so wonderful for swimming and fishingWill be back!!! So relaxing »

« My partner and I had a wonderful stay with our six year old hound. The beach is private and the yard well sized, which is so peaceful to look out from the deck. The windows face the water and is incredibly picturesque while reading on the couch or eating dinner at the table. The only heads up I'd give to future guests is that the railing on the steps down to the beach is loose on the bottom step. « We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. »

« The house was very nice. Very clean. Perfect for our two families. We enjoyed jumping off the top deck. The kayaks were a great bonus. We even had some baby racoons on the deck !! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed 3-day Independence Day holiday on Sandbridge Beach. The check-in process was effortless and Roger was very prompt in answering questions before and throughout our stay. We really loved this home because it offered so much of what we wanted to do on vacation including a large swimming pool, hot tub, and boat/kayak access on the canal.
