« We are very picky about hotels. The Williamsburg Inn was so lovely that we ended up staying an extra night. It is a classic, luxurious Colonial hotel in a peaceful setting, just a block from the Main Street of Colonial Williamsburg. The rooms are elegant, the beds very comfortable and the staff incredibly professional and friendly. Staying in such a beautiful property so full of history was a true treat. We can't wait to go back. »

« The staff at this resort all acted like it was their first day on the job. I was told by a manager that they were 170 members short, just in the service end of the business. It showed. Out of six meals, two were given to us because of poor quality and or service. I would highly suggest an Omni rep contact me ASAP. This is the fourth Omni.
