„Room very clean. Neat older refurbished facility. Staff excellent. Had 3rd floor room …took the hot water a good while to reach the room…and drain was S-L-O-W…but just added to the nostalgia. Would stay again. “

„Absolutely Great stay. The host was outstanding and responded to us very quickly with all our questions. The history and the view are outstanding. We went fishing and walked on the Forge all the way across right at our front door. One of the best places I ever stayed. Must visit Downtown Shepherdtown and Hapers Ferry. Sooo much history . Also must eat at Rock Hill Creamery absolutely the best ice cream Ive ever had.“

„Hotel liegt schön auf einer Anhöhe und man sieht den Sonnenuntergang traumhaft. Zimmer in oberer Etage anfragen! Zimmer gut ausgestattet, sauber! Bett gut auch das Badezimmer sehr ordentlich. Hotel insgesamt in guten Zustand. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundliche. Frühstücksbuffet gut sortiert und ansprechend aufgebaut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und verschiedene Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Wir werden wieder kommen.“
