« We absolutely loved our time at Evergreen! The condo was stunning and spacious for our family of 5 (3 tweens ages 11-12). Remarkably clean. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, even spices and k- cups. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and the a/c was fantastic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony as it stormed. « This place had everything we needed. They had beach towels shovels for the kids bikes, security at the house outside shower to wash yourself as well as your items from the beach. They have their beach blankets. They had toys, games, icemaker, dishwasher, toiletries, sewing kit. They provided laundry detergent. There’s a wash washer and dryer two balconies to go outside paper towels, a whole set of all kinds of dishware from wine glasses to simple cereal bowls, pizza cutters, and the bathrooms...

« Great place for a romantic getaway for two. Unit was very clean and well decorated. Bottom floor unit accessible by three sections of stairs. Very nice patio with table, umbrella, chairs and view of pool and lake. Included access to gated pool and community area. Comfortable queen bed and small but well equipped kitchen. Polly responded promptly and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Beautiful area and nice property amenities. When we arrived the condo was clean and tidy. The condo it was up three stories of stairs and the main bedroom and bathroom was down stairs which wasn’t ideal with two young children. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear pretty much everything our neighbor was doing as I’m sure they heard us as well which left us constantly trying to be on our p&q’s. It met every need for a short stay for the cost but in the future would opt for a nicer...

« We went for our honeymoon. The room was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and snacks. There was a lot of board games in the room and a small kitchen area with a dishwasher. The building was secure and there were many amenities available. We spent most of our time on the water and dining out at several of the local restaurants. »

« Very pleasant and responsive host. Were able to check in early, and this kept us out of the rain. Arrived by water, secured boat in the slip, went up to the room. Condo is VERY roomy! The vaulted ceilings with the skylights along with the plentiful glass windows were perfect for light and open feeling. The condo was clean, had an abundance of snacks, coffee, bottled water available. The place was clean and inviting. Board games, books and cards kept us occupied during the periodic rain showers....
