Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
The villa does look like the photos in the on the site. But there were a number of issues. 1. There is no air conditioning ( the advert states there is) this meant that the whole house was around 26C all of the time and very humid, no one slept and we came home extremely tired. 2. The heat exchangers leaked water over the floor flooding the kitchen and one of the bedrooms, we mopped and mopped but it was like a swimming pool. 3. The WiFi was broken all week. 4. You can only use the pool if you are pretty much completely free of suncream, we were constantly complained at due to suncream residue, we found it difficult in 30C sun not to use suncream without fear of burning, the host made it very clear everyday how unhappy they were. 5. There is absolutely no privacy the hosts live at the bottom end of the swimming pool and they tend to just come in when they want, it made everything very awkward. On a negative note for us we were very noisy,this was due to no one wanting to go inside and no one really wanting to sleep. On a positive note the hosts did leave food and wine for us the first night which was a god send, and there was a fridge freezer which produced ice and cold water which was great.
