« We recently stayed at this property for several days and had a really nice experience. The check-in process was smooth for the most part, and the directions provided were clear. However, we were initially given the wrong gate code, which caused a bit of confusion. « This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service. »
