„Alles in allem hat der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer bzw. Richtung Dubrovnik die Kleinigkeiten wett gemacht. Es ist ein sehr schönes Objekt, was aber an einigen Ecken kleinere Reparaturen bedarf. z.B. Deckenleisten befestigen, lockerer Toilettensitz, schlecht schließendes Fenster (grünes Zimmer). Zudem wäre eine bessere Ausleuchtung der Treppenanlagen zu überdenken.
