THE LOCATION:

Luxury by the Lagoon sits on the banks of the Wollundry Lagoon in central Wagga, a three-minute walk to the CBD and the Civic precinct. The Wagga Wagga Art Gallery is about three minutes away, and the Botanic Gardens — with a mini zoo, miniature train and adventure playground — are a short drive. For food, Mr Lawrence is a local favourite for brunch and Meccanico for European-style dining, while Charles Sturt Winery is a short drive north. The Wagga Farmers' Markets run every second Saturday.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

SOFA BEDS: Each bedroom has a single pull-out sofa bed, which sit within the bedrooms rather than a separate private space. If you'd like to use either, please let our team know before arrival so we can organise linen.

STAIRS: Please note there are approximately 15 stairs to access the home.



Interaction with Guests:

I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.
