Welcome to Island Views Hale, our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Waikoloa Village home featuring panoramic ocean, coastline, mountain and sunset views. Designed for families and groups of up to 10, the home offers two king-bed suites, three full bathrooms, a covered lanai, a large grassy backyard and plenty of room to relax after exploring the Big Island. Whether gathering in the spacious living area, dining on the covered lanai or relaxing after a day of exploring, guests will enjoy the home’s comfort, space and convenience.

The home is conveniently located near beaches, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, tennis and swimming. Guests can enjoy expansive views of the ocean, sunsets, Maui, the Kohala Coast, Hualālai, Mauna Loa and Mauna Kea. The home is stocked with fresh linens and towels and includes an in-home washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen provides cookware, dishes, glassware and utensils. Guests also enjoy Wi-Fi, basic cable television, a two-car garage stocked with beach gear and a large grassy backyard. You will love the refreshing Waikoloa breezes flowing through the home.

The complete 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home accommodates up to 10 guests using conventional beds and a queen sleeper futon in the primary bedroom.

Upstairs—sleeps up to 8: king bed, queen bed, two twin beds and a queen sleeper futon in the primary bedroom.

Downstairs private suite—sleeps 2: king bed, private bathroom, wet bar, refrigerator/freezer and laundry facilities. An additional queen sleeper futon is available if needed; however, the property’s maximum occupancy remains 10 guests.

Two amenities cards are provided for use at the Waikoloa Village Homeowners Association. Each card allows up to 5 guests with access to the community pool, tennis courts, and local rate for golf at the Waikoloa Village Golf Course.

Other things to note
Missing amenities cards are subject to a $25-per-card replacement charge.

Three upstairs house/garage keys and one downstairs-suite key are provided. Missing keys are subject to a $50-per-key replacement charge.

Excessive sand inside the home may result in a $50 additional cleaning charge. Please remove any sand before entering the house. We provide a broom, dustpan, and vacuum cleaner for light clean-up. However, sand in the house causes problems, including additional wear and tear on the floors and furniture, and creates more clean-up for housekeeping.

Laundry exceeding four normal loads may incur a $50-per-additional-load charge.

A portable propane barbecue is provided in the garage and must be used only in the driveway, safely away from the house. It may not be used on the lanai. Unauthorized lanai use is subject to a $100 additional cleaning charge.

Basic cable television is provided in both the upstairs home and downstairs king suite. Guests are responsible for any premium programming purchases.

The home uses an environmentally friendly solar hot-water system with electric assistance from 5:00 AM until midnight. Overnight hot water is limited to the amount stored in the tank. If the supply is exhausted between midnight and 5:00 AM, hot water will generally be restored by approximately 5:30 AM.

Trash pickup is every Monday. For stays that include a Monday morning, securely tied trash bags must be placed at the street by 7:00 AM. Guests checking out on Sunday or Monday are required to bag all household trash and place it at the street for Monday collection. Failure to follow these instructions, resulting in extraordinary trash removal, may incur a $100 charge.

Upon checkout, all access doors to the house and garage must be locked, with lights out, and the key replaced in the lockbox.

Guests booking this STVR hereby agree to the following rules:
- Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
- Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
- Guests' vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area. No guest parking is allowed on the street.
- The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
