Welcome to Karl's Place - your Oregon Coast home away from home! Nestled in the heart of Waldport Or near Alsea Bay, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Enjoy fishing, hiking, or exploring nearby attractions like Newport’s aquarium or Waldport's Wednesday Market(during summer months). With essentials like Wi-Fi, heating, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer, Karl's Place has everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway!

Pets are welcome for a $50 fee per pet (2 pets maximum). When you book, please let us know if you are bringing any pets so we can add this to your reservation.

* Sunday check in time is after 5 p.m.

* Monday-Saturday check in time is after 3:30 p.m.

* Check out time is by 10:30 a.m everyday.

Things to note:



1) The owners of the house have a small attached apartment in the garage. This is not accessible to guests and at times the owners may be there during the guests stay. There is no overlap of shared spaces. More like a close neighbor in an apartment.



2) When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. *Reminder: This functions, not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but as a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retained if extra cleaning is needed after your stay.
