„We had a wonderful peaceful 5-day nature getaway from the city at Frida's by the Sea Beach House: close to beautiful Red Head beach via nature walk, lovely modernised farmhouse-style cottage with the feeling of home + art decor, dog friendly for our little Jack Russell cross including fenced in yard and friendly cow neighbours, wonderful dark skies to see the Milky Way etc, close to Forster for excellent dog-friendly restaurants,..., and friendly responsive host Evelyn. „We had a wonderful break at Crowdy Head House. The location is perfect! Directly across the road from the beach which stretches for about 19km - and that means there’s always space to get away from other beach goers (even in busy times). The house looks quirky, but is comfortable and has a rooftop eyrie from which you can enjoy sunset drinks with ocean views. Besides the quiet perfection of the beach, there’s the proximity to National parks and interesting historical locations - great walks ...

„It was at a great location, we needed a place we could feel relax in. Our stay was lovely. Just before Xmas my Mum passed away and we needed to clean out her home in Murray st, so your place was just perfect for all of us to stay at. I have left a few extra tea towels as a thank you. We used your tea towels at first then I washed all the tea towels and left you some extra. Mum loved collecting them and we had so many that I gave you some. I hope we left the place as we found. „Lakeside Boathouse is a cosy property. It is for two couples to get away to a quiet, peaceful place. It was perfect for our needs, as we did spend a lot time fishing while it was close to a workshop a couple of signed up for. I would definitely recommend a nice stay at Lakeside Boathouse. Luisa looks after this property and she is amazing and her communication skills are 10 out 10.“

„The property was clean, well equipped with LOTS of stuff provided to keep children and dogs entertained. The location is great, being central to both Diamond Beach and Black Head. The owners were very welcoming and honest. Our daughter lost her mobile phone and Dianne went out of her way to ensure it was sent back to us via express post. Fantastic home and well worth the spend. We will be back!“
