„This is an absolutely stunning place to stay! We were looking for a peaceful place to stay for the night so I could prepare for spinal surgery the next day and this was perfect. The host was very polite as well! We spent most of our time just relaxing in the private hot tub and enjoying the sounds from the little creek that runs in front. „We loved this place!! Like someone else said in another review, sitting on the porch feels like you're sitting right over the water. It was so comfortable, very straightforward to get checked in, and there was even spare coffee for us to enjoy in the morning. Right as we were leaving we saw a bald eagle battling with a duck on the river, maybe fifty yards from the patio. This was a remarkable place to stay!“

„This house was perfect for our needs. The only thing I would not is the common room did not have the futon beds mentioned in the listing. It didn’t bother us as we didn’t need the extra sleeping space. Loved having two living rooms so the teens could play in one while the adults rested in the other. Kitchen was well stocked. „I really can't say enough good things about this property. I am very hard to please and so is my husband. My 10 year old daughter even loved our stay here. We will be staying here again. „This house is absolutely adorable! We came to Springfield for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and the house was 5 minutes from the gym where they played! „Proximity of place to ball park was great. Nice neighborhood. House was comfortable with great space for family of 5. Nice place to come back to after a rainy (unfortunately) game. The only issue we had was that the furnace thermostat was upstairs. So when heat came on it was very toasty upstairs but still cool downstairs. And it was a little loud when it was on. But this wouldn’t have been an issue if weather was nicer. All in all we had a great time and a nice place to end the days.“

„I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!“
