„Very nice stay clean but the garbage can were small and not enough bags “

„Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and staff great! We asked for towels for the 3 of us to shower as there were 2 towels in our room and we were told no extra towels available because people used the pool all day. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out couch and we were told the same thing..no extra towels. Our bathroom door would not latch when shut so it would swing open and we put a towel down to keep it shut. Not a great choice for us. “

„This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. I confirmed "twice" that the room was NS and she said yes. Once I got to the room, it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs in there and I immediately called the front ...

„Bugs in room, toilet had waste in it, linens were other than clean with I can only imagine they were cigarette burns, and then there was a kiosk for check in where the other individual was not a local.“

„Frühstück o.k. Kaffee halt amerikanisch mässig.Keine Mülltrennung / receycling, das ist schade,aber wohl ein länderspezifisches Problem.Im Sinne der globalisierten Welt daher in diesem Punkt Abwertung der Beurteilung.“

„Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht aber im Zimmer und besonders im Bad hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Der Tisch und die Nachttische waren total dreckig, selbst nach säubern des Tisches, klebte er immer noch. Die Nähe zur Interstate tat ihr übriges, ruhig ist etwas anderes.“

„Good location. But the lobby and dining area needs some serious updating. Seats were all very warn. Beds are not very comfortable and definitely not queen size. And the pillows were terrible and small. Nice staff though. “

„Broken TVs , elevator had trash an food , the room had stains on the sheets , the old tv did not work , as to switch rooms due to broken television was told it was an $15 dollar charge! Even though that is not my fault , I was being charged . DO NOT STAY HERE ! Total dump “

„It was a nice place to stay near restaurants like the Garage and stores like target were close by. Receptionist were willing to help with any questions. The rooms were large and clean. The laundry room needed improved instructions where to place the detergent pod because the washer has a dispenser that is not usable. The pod should be tossed in with the laundry. “
