We took a chance on this wonderful little town to see the total eclipse of 2024. This was absolutely a perfect trip I could not have imagined anything better. The breakfast was wonderful everyone at the hotel was extremely courteous and we enjoyed our room immensely. Thank you so much.

This place was a dump the room smell like mildew and cat piss. The whole thing is a very very old hotel. I would highly recommend not staying there if there have been a room available somewhere else I would’ve got one and it was very expensive compared to what was available pricewise

Needed a place to stay overnight on the long drive from CT to Indiana. We paid $200 for the night. Pros: Decent hot breakfast with eggs, sausages, and pancakes. Choice of cereal, toast, OJ, and coffee. Gym was OK if you were the only one. If there were other patrons, I can only imagine it would feel crowded. Right across the street from the beautiful Museum building. Cons: Everything was old and dated including doorknobs, showers, carpets, etc. Parking was in the back of the building in what felt like a shady location. Felt as if we were transported into the 80s. We really overpaid for such a dated and ho hum hotel at a below-average location. We have paid $80 bucks for hotels that felt better than this. And that's about I would have paid for it if I knew while booking what I knew after staying overnight.

We entered the parking lot and had to pay $3. When I asked for reimbursement I was told that I should have parked on the downtown street and come in to get my room key first that would have worked at the parking lot gate. Nothing on line gave that info neither on the hotel web site or the booking web site. I did not get my money back.

Strange Shower
It was fine. I love the old building itself. Staff was friendly and addressed any concerns. The major issue I had was the strange choice to put the shower head in the middle of the wall, pointing directly out of the narrow shower. It would have been ok if the shower had a door but it was just a shower curtain. So basically my shower was interrupted because I noticed the water was literally flowing from the shower to the bathroom floor. I'm not sure who designed this but I had to use every towel in the room to clean the mess up.

Nice size clean room with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The breakfast was good. Staff was helpful in getting me two extra caffeinated coffee filters for my room. Only downside is some homeless wanderers outside of the hotel which is out of their control.

This was an awesome place to stay if you are catching a show at the Robins Theater. The area has a decent amount of restaurants for a smaller town, and walking around the nearby park was also a lot of fun. Overall, I give this hotel 4 stars because of location and friendly service. However, the rooms could use some updating, and I found it a little difficult to sleep due to the heater turning on and off.

This is a great and comfy hotel. Nice staff and the rooms were clean. The area isn’t Terrible but be mindful of strange people wandering around. The bar downstairs is amazing and the restaurant Downtown 124 a few doors down is incredible!!

The room and common areas were all incredibly clean. There was on site dining and bar, which I do not believe were affiliated with the hotel. Service there was good, food was good but it was mostly bar food, wings, burgers, etc. The salad I had was very good. There was good left in the refrigerator in my room but the frig was clean and the food looked brand new. I think maybe housekeeping forgot to check the frig that morning.

Comfortable, no-nonsense accommodations
Many family members were in Warren for a funeral. This Best Western was in the perfect location. Checking into our rooms that evening provided a lot of comfort in a stressful day. This hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice and offered a lot of variety.

The original hotel dates from 1880, and is a beautiful building with high ceilings and very nice woodwork. The rooms are all up to date with plenty of table top outlets for electronics, etc. Staff is friendly and property is good value for cost.

First of all, let’s talk about what I didn’t see as compared to prior reviews! There were No homeless in the park, in the hotel, nor in the parking lot. There were No flies, or gnats in the breakfast room. The TV worked great. The heat in the room hasn’t been on( it’s been summer!) so it does smell just like your house would when it first comes on in the fall, Everything was clean, staff friendly, lots of breakfast choices, the best shower water pressure as compared to any 5 star hotel. The park across the street was filled with families, people walking dogs, and a wedding party taking photos.Great place to stay, and we will be back!

Charming yet modern
A Beautiful Hotel, conveniently located in downtown Warren, super close to Robins Theater and dining. Best Western was modern with beautiful architecture and wood details, downstairs bar was convenient and a cool place to hang. Room was well-equipped, nice decor, good layout, and clean. Hot breakfast buffet was well-stocked, good food to get us on the road home.
