Location was good, size of home was plenty for family of 5. As for luxury and amenities this needs a little more thought. There was an Nespresso machine but no pods. Rubbish bin but no bags, the house needs a big dust. Key pad at front our code didn’t work, we had to get inside via garage and then w rusted that to come and go from property and they keys on keychain actually didn’t open or lock the doors. As for most technical house in southern hemisphere it’s so much google home that it become a neusance waking us up to pre set voicing sprinklers coming on at 7, preset alarms we didn’t set. Washing machine was great but no basket to take to line and line was full of spider webs, toilet brushes need to be thrown out they were very disgusting. We all ended up very congested. Windows very dirty. We have stayed in a few luxury homes but this felt basic and we had what we needed but it could have added to the experience to have some more welcoming luxury experience. The overall last minute booking was good as in booking process but the rest just needs to match the advertisement of property
