„This house was perfect for what we needed. We came to bike the different paths converging in Xenia. There was plenty of room with very comfortable furniture, a tv in every bedroom plus a tv in the living room. The refrigerator had filtered water which was an added bonus since we had to fill several water bottles everyday. Parking in the back made it easy to unload everything without having to do steps. Both patios provided a nice area outside to relax and enjoy the weather. We stayed 5 nights ...

„The place was nice and well stocked with extra odds and ends like toiletries that you may have forgotten. Adequate amount of dishware and cooking utensils. Ample parking in the front of the unit. The townhome is near highways making it easy for travel but it is also near a major railway with loud trains passing by throughout the nighttime hours. The host did supply ear plugs, which helped. The building itself is old and has a lot of foundation settling, cracks in the walls, etc, so it is drafty ...

„Place was clean with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, complete bathroom, king size bed, and even a piano. Place was located in historical neighborhood. Would stay again lots of close restaurants within walking distance. Owner is attentive Would not recommend with young children.“
