Der Frontdesk war sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen zum öffentl. Nahverkehr...alles war o.k....nur beim Frühstück sollten die techn.Geräte wie Getränkespender oder Waffeleisen gerne immer technisch einwandfrei sein....aber das waren kleine Unannehmlichkeiten...die sich sicherlich schnell abstellen lassen. wiGeträ Getränkespender

Alles war gut, aber Roomservice kam ungefragt und hat ein paar Sachen weggeschmissen, die ich noch brauchte ( leere Tüten teilweise mit Inhalt). Auch wurden Handtücher getauscht, was nicht nötig war. Die Müllproduktion beim Frühstück und im Zimmer für Kaffee ist furchtbar!! Deshalb schlechteste Bewertung für Umweltfreundlichkeit.

I think a one is too high. The room was dirty, the carpet was nasty and old and dirty. The doors didn’t fit and were bolted on like they had been ripped off. Scary place!

The staff provided excellent customer service. The evening manager and woman in training were accommodating. The property needs some work. Our adjoining door was broken, and maintenance could not fix it. Maintenance was in our room for 2 hours trying to fix it. We were tired from traveling, and this did not help.

I booked and was charged for two rooms at this hotel. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am the day AFTER I was supposed to arrive. Due to horrible weather, my connecting flight was moved from 4pm to 12:30am the next day. So, I spent all those hours at the airport and arrived at the hotel at 4 am. Remember, my appointment was for 9am that morning. I got to the front desk hoping to finally shower and nap for a couple of hours. I was told that my room was ‘no longer available’ and I had to book new rooms. Apparently, I was supposed to call or message the hotel to let them know to hold the room for me. - I had already prepaid for both rooms. I don’t understand how it’s anybody’s business whether I show up or not? The rooms are paid for. - Let’s assume I’m wrong and it is, indeed, common practice to sell these rooms in this situation. I did not get any communication from the hotel at all. - The delay was something I had no control over. The unwillingness to understand the situation I was in and offer some sort of solution apart from ‘you’ll have to book new rooms’ is mind blowing to me for a BUSINESS that deals in HOSPITALITY. I was a paying customer, not a homeless guy asking for shelter. After I made it clear that the situation was ridiculous and had to raise my voice (something I’m ashamed of) I was told I could ask the third party I booked with for a refund. No sh*t! I got my refund thankfully. You can decide for yourselves, but there are way better options.

We arrived 5 minutes before check in and was told we needed to pay $25.00 per person for early check in. When I asked the clerk how much time does it take to get to the airport she said I should look it up on my gps. The room was dirty, the toilet leaked. Totally disappointed with this facility. Will never stay there again

I really liked the sterile smell of the beds and bathroom. However, The bathroom floors were slimy and covered in an oil. The breakfast could also incorporate more variety of fresher foods. The windows outside the front of the hotel have a rust that drips. There’s also cracked glass on the left side of the glass roof. (Facing the front head on it would be on the right side in the corner ) Small touches would go a long way.

The staff there is amazing!! From Tamara-who helped me switch my reservation with out any hassle. To N’dora who was allows so helpful and informative. To Quiana who works like she don’t play about her business. I just appreciate everyone in here. Had a great experience will be back in a few weeks! And it’s like minsssss from DC very convenient!! Awesome location!! Price was reasonable! Even tho they over charged me lol but it’s ok because they informed me that‘ll be back are my card soon! But besides that don’t miss out on these wonderful people. Even the dude at night was cool. Great staff!

Great option if you are looking for a low cost accomodation near DC. Room door did not shut down properly unless pushed hard. No room cleaning unless you request so beware if staying a few nights Free parking is a good advantage. Far from metro station- need to take a bus to get to it. Breakfast hours over the weekend could go later to be more convenient

My room could have used a good deep cleaning, we couldn't use the microwave because it smelled like burned popcorn. Every time you turn it on makes the room smell. Check-out time was at 11:00, and we couldn't use our key after 10:00. That was inconvenient for us. Overall our stay was good.
