« The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. »

« Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. »

« The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

« Clean room and nice staff. Could hear the kids going to and from the pool/stairs (didn't bother me but might someone else). Reserved the room over a month ago, did the pre-check in that asked what time I'll be there, and my room still wasn't ready. They said give them 30 minutes, still wasn't ready again so they sent someone in there. Finally called me after like 30 minutes or so »

« Issues with check in, staff was difficult to communicate with, breakfast was bland. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the pool was nice. The lobby smelled and the hallways were not clean. »

« We left after viewing our room. After giving the room 5 minutes of our attention we decided the conditions were so nasty, we felt more comfortable paying double some where else. The staff was nice and apologetic almost like they are use to these complaints »

« If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. »

« Everything was great with the exception of the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was absolutely the rudest person ever and should not be working with people. I've never complained about an employee of a hotel before. Everything else was great but wouldn't stay again unless she is gone. No reason to be rude to guests »

« Staff and location was wonderful. I give the cleanliness 0/10. 1st I noticed the AC Didn’t work in my room no a major deal considering it isn’t summer but still was relatively warmer. On side of bed it there was what looked to be like dry I would assume dog urine. & before leaving I noticed an old salad left on top of the armoire by the door. As well as trash left between the fridge and cabinet.. »
