« We had a great visit here. Robert’s place is ideally located for easy travel to great food and shopping. Royal Oak, Berkley, and Birmingham are all super close and it was also close to the freeway so we took trips to Ann Arbor and downtown easily as well. The place is really nice, well appointed and super clean. We were worried when we checked in and felt the floor shaking from the karate studio underneath but it turned out not to be a problem at all and was closed by the time we got back in...

« The apartment was not clean. Even after I sent pictures he did not believe me. The place didn’t even have toilet paper! Since we were stuck and had no choice we cleaned the bathroom, stripped the bed and washed the sheets and ran the vacuum. Told owner and he said he had pics from the cleaner that were dated stamped after she cleaned. My pictures were date stamped as well. So he sent her back to “clean”. The doors to each unit can be locked to prevent access from the utility room, if you wish.
