« The property was a new property clean, air conditioning was great , laundry room was great had enough machines. Staff was nice. The only problem I had encountered was the last two days of my trip there was no hot water!!!!! I did not enjoy taking a cold shower it wasn’t pleasant. Then had the nerve too charge me $7.95 for WiFi as I was checking out. Where’s the great customer service? I was expecting for the hotel to waive the fee of the WiFi for the inconvenience of not having hot water for...

« The room is not renovated like in the photos. We took the suite for that reason, but don't waste your money, it's nothing more than extra flooring. Everything is ruined, mirror broken, the bathroom door doesn't close, the handle is so disgusting that we had to put a towel on it to touch it, the sink only gives hot water, we had ants, in short, a place to forget. The positive note is the very courteous staff and the beds which are very comfortable. »

« Femme de chambre extraordinaire pour la room 205 suite non fumeur. Je crois qu'elle s'appelle Luz, J. Merciiiii. Tout était formidable(déjeuner, stationnement, lit confortable, nos cadeaux (eau). C'était notre première expérience avec l'hôtel. C'est une catégorie supérieure à l'hôtel que nous prenons habituellement (hampton inn). Je suggère cependant d'allonger l'heure du déjeuner jusqu'à 10h la semaine. »

« Je cherchais un hôtel proche de l’aéroport (pas envie de rouler des heures avec le décalage horaire) et pas trop cher. La chambre est spacieuse mais très bruyante: un 2x3 voies (classique aux US!) passe non loin, et les cloisons avec les autres chambres sont très fines. Le ménage avait été fait grossièrement (sol sale, et cabine de douche pleine de calcaire). »
