„The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. „Lovely property. Very central to be able to get to local attractions. Only disappointment was advise that it is the visitors responsibility to provide their own gas for outside dining, which we didn’t feel we should have to do and the inconvenience of going to the garage to exchange gas bottles. There was only enough gas for one BBQ and unable to use the outside gas heater provided which would have been nice. Everything else was excellent. “

„Für eine Nacht okay, wir waren jedoch 4 Nächte und das war dann doch etwas lang. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig, man hört von den Nachbarn alles. Das WLAN funktioniert schlecht bis gar nicht. „I visited this property with my mom and her dogs in July 2025 and we had the most lovely stay. The house was perfect and the backyard so peaceful to let the dogs out and for us to decompress. „We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again.“

„Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it.“

„Perfect location in Pacific Grove to enjoy the beach and hiking trails. Cute little "beach cottage" and beds, towels and bedding were comfy. We did not use the kitchen other than for breakfast but it was adequate for our needs. Parking was very easy on the street except for the weekend so it was very nice to have the parking spaces included as well.“

„This house had great accommodations for our party of six. We really enjoyed the open living room and kitchen area, and especially the pool table. The deck was also very nice and had sun on it all day.
