« Hello,We wanted to follow up regarding the issues we experienced during our stay from Dec. 22nd -Friday, Dec. 26th. While we truly enjoyed the location of the propery and enjoyed being together as a family, several problems occured druing our stay that significantly disrupted our time in the home. We also wanted to share this fedeback to help revent similar issues for future guests.I've outlined the main issues below. « We loved our stay in the bungalow! It truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip with our family of four. The space felt welcoming and well equipped, making it easy to settle in and relax right away. One of our favorite parts was the backyard. It was a great spot to unwind and give us some extra room to spread out and enjoy time together. We also loved how walkable the location was. « Bed is firm and water pressure/temp excellent. Quiet, safe neighborhood that is close to some amazing restaurants. I used the courtyard every day for morning coffee or visits from kids/grandkids. We even did an art project which was a one of those special family memories you talk about for years. We would definitely stay again. »

« Address listing was incorrect ( it’s “road” not “drive”) so took an extra hour to find location because host wasn’t accessible except by message. Once we were able to reach him he was very curt and somewhat dismissive instead of helpful. Location was as shown on website but the interior had a lot of items that showed it was”lived in” ( long hairs in bathroom, groceries in kitchen storage, very old, used kitchen items- dishes, glassware). « This was the perfect little stay for me and my pooch. Quiet & clean, nice kitchenette area. The only thing missing is a bathroom sink with mirror. There’s nowhere in the bathroom to wash your face, brush your teeth, put on makeup and get ready for your day. There is a full length mirror, which is great. Cute little sitting outdoor area for morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. One great thing, it’s in a gated area with a very small yard so my dog could be safely contained outside, and it’s...

« Great experience! Check in/out was super easy, & the host was very communicative about all details. Location was perfect for going to SAP Center with many restaurants, bars, etc nearby. House was clean & neighborhood nice and quiet. Would absolutely stay again! »
