Summary:

Wake up to tidal marsh stretching to the horizon at this elevated coastal home, tucked beneath century-old live oaks draped in Spanish moss. Wraparound decks and a screened porch put the marsh view just outside every door, while inside you'll find a cozy gas fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, and comfortable, homey furnishings throughout. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms sleep up to 6, with covered parking underneath the home. A peaceful, unplugged-feeling retreat that's still close to the Golden Isles coast.



The Space:

Great Room — Anchored by a gas tabby fireplace, with plush seating, a smart TV, and picture windows framing the marsh. Flows directly into the dining area and kitchen.



Kitchen — Fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, and coffee maker. A breakfast bar seats four, and the round dining table seats up to six with its own marsh view.



Primary Suite — King bed, private desk nook, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo. Direct access to the screened porch.



Guest Bedroom 1 — Full bed with a nautical blue-and-white palette, wall-mounted TV, and a writing desk.



Guest Bedroom 2 — Queen bed in soft coastal white with a full closet, TV, and dresser.



Second Full Bathroom — Tub/shower combo, shared by the two guest bedrooms.



Outdoor Living — A full-length screened porch and open sundeck run the width of the house overlooking the marsh, plus a porch swing tucked under the oaks — an easy spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The home sits on a large, shaded lawn that rolls right down to the marsh grass. Parking is partially covered, underneath the home. You can pull up to the garage doors to park. The garage is not available for guest use.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Home is dog-friendly with up to 2 dogs and no more than 60lbs allowed.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $175 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, all decks and porches, and the covered parking area beneath the house. It is important to note that there is a barn on the property that is rented out separately.
