Comfortable & Quiet

We truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! We were in town for a wedding. The house had everything we needed and more! Great communication with the caretaker. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We will stay at this home when visiting again!

Cute Home

This home was perfect for our weekend stay. There was plenty of room. The house was clean. The master bath was fantastic! The kitchen and dining room allowed us to make and eat meals instead of needing to eat out the whole time. Would definitely rent again on another trip to the area!

Great property but needs some work

This is a beautiful house and great location. It was okay for us as we were only there a short time and rarely in the house. The beds are comfortable and the house was clean with all the stated amenities. We had some issues with the upkeep of the house. The main bathroom sink was plugged and we were not able to get it unstuck and had to use the kitchen sick instead. The shower curtain in that bathroom is also installed incorrectly and water gets all over the floor when you shower. We were only able to get one burner to work on the stove. The freezer handle was broken and came off every time we used it. There are also some serious flooring issues. We had the kids wear shoes to make sure they didn’t pinch their feet in the floor boards. It is a beautiful home but we probably wouldn’t stay there again unless the issues were fixed.

Nice quiet place/owners very nice

My cousin and I stayed here in April 2025 and drove about 30 minutes to Ennis to see the Bluebonnet fields and festival. Waxahachie has several cutie boutiques for a nice girls trip. The hosts were super nice. We called once for restaurant and more shopping suggestions. They definitely helped us out.The house was very clean and extremely organized. There is plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. He hosts live just around the corner. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

This home has a great charm and nicely decorated. The property managers check in and were responsive. It was a great spot for our family when visiting for a wedding. A few more towels would be nice. There were also no hangers and we were there for a wedding and needed to hang our outfits. Overall, lovely and quiet spot.

Perfect Location - Nice and Quite!

Wedding Stay

Stay was fantastic here. From the booking stage to the check out stage all was great. The place was clean and nicely renovated. The guest contact Gabrielle and her husband were very responsive. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when in town.

Nice house

The home was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. Location was easy to find and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and they leave a nice little bag with toiletries for use. The home was clean and beds comfortable. We are slept well. Communication with host was good. All in all a nice stay, we would stay again.

Beautiful Home, Great location, Lots of Parking Space

Overall the home is beautiful. Nice, open floor plan. Good quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking space. Negatives for us, the beds were not comfortable at all. VERY firm. Felt like sleeping on concrete with a thin layer of cushion. Ended up having to sleep on the couch and air mattress because the beds were so uncomfortable. Our allergies were acting up bad as well when in the home, not sure what it was but did notice the air intake cover in the hall was very dirty and didn't see a filter in it at all. (we are not allergic to pets so I know it wasn't pet dander) The house did appear to be very clean however when packing to leave and checking to make sure we didn't miss anything we found a pair of dirty underwear that was not ours on the floor behind a chair in the master bedroom and a shirt wadded up in the closet of one of the other bedrooms. I'm sure it was just a minor oversight by the cleaning crew as the rest of the house was very clean but it was a little disturbing. Overall the house was beautiful but due to the beds being so uncomfortable and the allergens in the house we unfortunately will likely not return. Some people may find the very firm beds to be to their liking but it's just not for us. We travel a lot and these were by far the most uncomfortable stiff beds we have ever slept in. I would recommend this house if you don't mind FIRM beds and don't have any allergies because it truly was a gorgeous home it just wasn't a good fit for us.

Wedding Weekend!

This home exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and made our busy weekend more relaxing. Our children loved the games and comfy sofa. Mom and dad enjoyed the master suite with plenty of room to relax. Kitchen was perfect and so nicely appointed.

Everything about this home was perfect. The location is quiet and convenient; the house is cozy and well stocked with bathroom, kitchen, and laundry items. The sectional and plethora of blankets were a bonus!
