« Overall stay was ok, but perfectible. When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was not clean, I cleaned it myself. Outside of this, the room was clean. The overall room equipment is good, but the mechanical ventilation system is very very noisy. And you can't stop it as you can with the air conditioning system. « The hotel is well built, very quiet considering proximity to the busy road. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Nice area in Ballantyne and the gym was easily accessible. Shower head with good water pressure (a sticking point with me) and bathroom spacious. I would like to have a hot tub, otherwise, nothing missing for me. »

« I had a great stay at AC Hotel by Marriott Charlotte Ballantyne. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and modern. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »

« The furniture and the cleanliness not up to par. The bed cover very cheap and uncomfortable. The kitchen sink not draining. We didn’t use the shower, there was small hair around it and mildew around the caulking. »
