« Super hotel, confort, grande chambre. Le coin cuisine est parfait, bbq à l'extérieur. Le déjeuner inclus est varié et bon. Seul point négatif: la piscine était fermé sans avoir eu ou lu l'information, c'était une des raisons de notre choix d'hôtel. »

« Ne comptez par sur le staff qui vous salue. Personne ne vous dira rien du tout. L’hôtel est assez sale lorsque l’on reste quelques nuits il est très facile de s’en rendre compte. La salle de sport n’a pas été nettoyé pendant au moins 9 jours, le stylo par terre n’a pas bougé d’un millimètre. Les poubelles aux étages ne sont pas changé tout les jours. Un ascenseur sur deux fonctionnait et ce n’étais pas indiqué. »

« Fairly quiet hotel when we were there, fridge in room, free/ample parking and a supermarket and pizza place in the parking area which is nice to have. Breakfast was ok and an outdoor area to sit also. Where we had trouble was this - at 8am, with a Do Not Disturb Sign on our door, there was knocking on the door and then a hand was slipping something in to try and unlock the door. It was not fun for us as guests- actually scary. We found out later it was maintenance but trying to get into the...

« Bon hotel. Mon seul problème est le bruit du système d'air conditionné qui ne peut être arrêté, et l'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur qui est perfectible, mais globalement l'hôtel est correct. »

« B careful w hold on ur card. It's policy to present one so any "incidentals" can b charged if u broke or stole anything. Never in 20 years have I bn charged by Hilton/Hampton, but this location did! It was not a hold-it actually was a charge that cleared my bank! I immediately called the bank to investigate & stop the charge that was suppose to b a hold. Also, don't get an even room on 1st floor bc the parking lot to close to building so u hear every single vehicle in/out all nite & morning....

« Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »
