The room was nice and extra large with a Mountain view, it was great except the toilet made a noise every couple of minutes. There were several large trucks parked on the street and around the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in Mount Shasta, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and exceptional in addressing our needs. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. However, the bathrooms were a bit small, and the toilet placement could be challenging for taller individuals. The room had a closet, and the beds were firm and very comfortable. The property has ample car parking with two 6KW chargers and two Level 2 ChargePoint chargers, which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was simply amazing, one of the best I've ever encountered. There were plenty of options including fruits, bagels, breads, spreads, yogurt, cornflakes, milk, and more. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Jacuzzi wasn't functional during our stay. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

I just drove from Seattle to LA and back and this was the best hotel experience of our entire trip. Huge room, fridge, microwave, desk, and a couch. This was the only place that fed us a proper breakfast as well.

The view is definitely worth it, its a place in the middle of the mountains , beautiful. The hotel staff was amazing at helping us check in and out ,as well when we needed help. They upgraded us into a suite which was nice of them as well. Thank you.

Room is decent and the location is good (very close to mt shasta ski park). Free breakfast options are good. Pool and spa are not working. Elevator stopped while I am in there and it took a few minutes for someone to open the door. Since staff already knew this problem, they should either repair or put some maintenance notice.

Lots of overflowing garbage. Area around the hotel was heavily littered. Lots of chipped paint in the room. Upholstered chair in room needed cleaning; neither my husband nor I wanted to sit in it.

Blinds/shades ripped, water between the panes of glass in the window. floor was not well vacuumed. Young woman at the front desk when we checked in was not friendly at all. Hotel seems tired, dingy, and in need of a remodel. Our needs were met, but even sitting on the couch felt yucky.

The hotel didn’t have water for my entire stay. Couldn’t shower, flush the toilet, etc. There was also no coffee and very limited breakfast items due to the lack of water. The cable also went out and didnt really work. The room was also freezing! Feels like they keep the heaters off on vacant rooms, which could have led to the pipe bursting. The staff were all super nice and the room was relatively clean.
