« Sadly turned up to a very cold room took a while to warm up, the restaurant, room service and bar was all closed with being winter (something we don’t experience in the uk) none of which was highlighted on the website. The staff was amazing put us into a better room complimentary bottle of wine so it was what it was but having known we wouldn’t have booked »

« We had a fantastic stay at Chateau Rouge – Provincial Home Red Hill with our extended family plus little kids and 2 dogs. The house throughout is beautifully styled and well laid out. « We had a wonderful time over Easter with the whole family. The only issue was one day loss of mains water which was completely outside the control of the property manager. Both she and the plumber were responsive and helpful but the mains water provider was pretty slow. It's a great property for a big multi- generational family! »
