„Die ganze Anlage, somit auch diese Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen .Aber sehr gut gepflegt. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Da bereits Nebensaison war, waren wenig Gäste in der Anlage. Für uns als Hundebesitzer war es sehr angenehm.Aus dem Fenster konnten wir das Meer und Loretosehen. “

„La posizione fa chiudere un occhio su molte cose, l’appartamento andrebbe un po’ sistemato, tra prese elettriche e troppe, troppe cose inutili che riempiono gli ambienti e gli armadi...ma poi manca un accendino per accendere i fornelli... Essere nel centro più centro che si può si paga in mancanza di parcheggio e un po’ di ‘sbattimento’ per portare i bagagli o altre cose ingombranti, ma questa è Sirolo centro e si impara presto che la macchina è meglio parcheggiarla e dimenticarla al parcheggio.“

Consiglio per i gestori: oltre al piccolo kit pulizia e carta igienica che ci avete dato, conviene lasciare qualcosa in casa. Tipo Scottex o tovaglioli, almeno una bottiglia d'acqua, i tappetini per la doccia, qualcosa di essenziale in cucina (tipo olio, sale, zucchero, caffè). Così è davvero un po' punitivo per chi arriva. "Wir waren mit 2 Kindern im Urlaub und würden nie wieder kommen Wir hatten einen Bungalow Das Badezimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe am Wc war der Deckel lose die Duschkabine war so klein keine Ahnung wie man dort duschen soll Das komplette Badezimmer war mit Linoleum verkleidet es roch sehr unangenehm An einem Tag hat es geregnet da kamm das Wasser am Fenster rein und lief in eine Steckdose Wir waren wirklich schockiert das man sowas noch vermietet Der Pool Bereich ist auch komplett veraltet und marode wir waren nur einmal dort Die Folie vom Becken löst sich überall, Fließen sind locker oder gar nicht mehr vorhanden Wir haben über 2000 € für den Aufenthalt bezahlt plus knapp 170 € für Parken Das ist wirklich übertrieben für den Zustand der Anlage Der Ort und das Personal war das einzig positive "
