One swipe card/fob is provided per booking. If your group requires an additional card or fob, please request it before arrival so arrangements can be made in advance.



Please keep all access cards secure throughout your stay. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies to each lost card or fob

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.
