« Check in process was poor, no response to messages prior to checking in. Checked in and had to wait even longer as security needed to make a call to confirm check in, despite seeing ID, very unclear why this was, as was not explained. Whole process from arriving at reception to entering my room took about 45 minutes to resolve. Arrived at 1st unit/room and the toilet was dirty as well as floor not cleaned.
