„The service was good and people are polite! The room however had a tiny bed. We are Germans not even that tall and my feet were hanging out of the bed (1.65m height). My partner had to sleep diagonically... The rooms are not insulated... We could hear the neighbours kids until 1am... Breakfast was nothing special .. and we were sad that they had fresh pineapple when we arrived but it disappeared quickly and they didn't refill it .. They offer snacks from 15:00 until 22:00.. however only ...

„本次入住河景房型，非常棒的愛河沿岸景觀盡入眼簾，到訪日期是9月底，可能因為窗戶是單層玻璃，到晚上室外溫度仍偏高與室內冷氣巨大溫差的緣故，導致玻璃外面結露，窗景變得模糊，略為可惜，建議以後集團規劃新的分館時，應採用雙層中空或夾膠玻璃來避免結露。 除此之外，舉凡床的舒適、房間隔音、空調及早餐菜色都不在話下，未來還是會考慮再次預訂。 “
