I showed him the numerous emails and confirmation from Verbo and they still could not find it. He asked me to show where I had paid for it so I provided the confirmation. « There were some extra little things in case we forgot. The place was relaxing and quiet. I left at 6pm and the temp outside was 116. I never noticed inside, the temp stayed cool. The grounds were clean and also quiet. It’s a hidden gem. »

« Chalet terrasse avec vue sur le grand canyon. Personnel très gentil et qui explique bien comment se rendre au canyon. Attention vous avez aucun réseau mobile sur le site du canyon. Le code wifi vous sera fourni mais utilisable que dans le chalet. Petits bémols pour le matelas du canapé et pour la poussière sur les plaintes et les portes. Sinon tout était fabuleux. »
