Welcome to Desert Dreams, our privately owned tiny home inside River Sands RV Resort on the Colorado River.

The home sits on the quieter side of the resort overlooking the catch-and-release fishing pond, with open desert views and extra parking nearby. It offers the fun of a tiny home with a surprisingly spacious feel thanks to high ceilings, an open living area, strong A/C and thoughtful use of space.

The home sleeps up to 6 with:

Queen bedroom (2 people double)
Loft sleeping area (2 people 2 twins)
Living-room full futon (2 people cozy double)

You'll also have a full kitchen, multiple TVs, electric fireplace and comfortable indoor space when you're ready to cool off after a day outside.

The real highlight is the resort experience.

Guests have access to River Sands amenities including the Good Vibes riverfront beach on the Colorado River, heated pool, hot tubs, fitness center, pickleball courts, clubhouse, indoor games, fishing pond, dog park and resort WiFi.

The sandy riverfront beach is great for relaxing, fishing and enjoying the Colorado River. Guests who bring appropriate small watercraft can also use the resort's river access in accordance with resort rules.

The resort clubhouse offers additional places to relax and play, including billiards, ping pong, foosball and other activities.

Golf cart option

Our personal golf cart may be available to rent for an additional fee, depending on availability. Please message us if you're interested.

River Sands also offers its own golf-cart rentals, subject to resort availability and pricing.

Electric grill available, please clean after use.

Bikes, scooters and some recreational items may occasionally be available as a courtesy. Please message us before relying on any optional item, since availability can change.

Many guests also enjoy the home for snowbird stays, remote work, temporary assignments, Quartzsite events or simply escaping to the river for a few quiet days.

Blythe is nearby for groceries, restaurants and everyday essentials, while Quartzsite, Parker and desert recreation areas make easy day trips.

We are a disabled combat veteran and first-responder family. Thank you for supporting a privately owned, family-run vacation home.

Resort amenities, recreational equipment and optional extras are subject to availability, maintenance, seasonal conditions and resort policies.

Resort setting: This is a privately owned tiny home located inside River Sands RV Resort. Resort amenities are shared with other guests and residents.

Sleeping arrangements: The home accommodates up to 6 using a queen bedroom, loft sleeping area and futon. Guests who prefer a traditional full-size multi-bedroom home may find the arrangement more compact.

Beach access: Guests have access to River Sands' Good Vibes riverfront beach. The beach is a shared resort amenity.

Golf cart: Our golf cart may occasionally be available to rent for an additional fee. This is not guaranteed. River Sands also offers golf-cart rentals subject to availability.

Watercraft: Guests bringing their own watercraft are responsible for following allresort rules and applicable laws.

Resort amenities: Pool, hot tubs, fitness center, clubhouse, beach and other shared amenities may occasionally close or have modified hours because of maintenance, weather, events or resort operations.

Parking pass: Guests must check in with the resort office and obtain the required parking pass.

AC/Heat: In AZ heat, please keep the AC set to 75°F or higher.
Because of the intense temperature outside, lowering it past 75°F will cause the system to freeze up and stop blowing cold air entirely. If it is found below that there will be an extra charge.
When you leave for more than 2 hours & at the end of the stay please set to 85.
During months when the heat is used please simply turn it off when you leave.


Pets: Dogs are welcome when properly declared and the applicable pet fee is paid. Please contact us before bringing other animals.

Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home. Outdoor smoking is permitted in accordance with resort rules. Indoor smoking or vaping will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Extended stays: Longer stays may be available. Please message us with your requested dates.

Cleaning: We ask guests to wash used dishes and empty coffeemaker if used before checkout. . They can be left to dry.
