Step out from the walk out lower level, stroll across the lawn, and you are at the water’s edge. Swim from your private dock, launch a kayak, or relax in the hammock or by the fire pit as the sun sets over the pond. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day on the water.

The home is clean, bright, and thoughtfully updated with quality finishes throughout. The fully equipped kitchen shines with modern touches and opens to a large wraparound deck with peaceful water views, patio furniture, and a grill that is piped directly to the propane tank so you never run out while cooking. Hyannis is nearby for shopping, restaurants, the airport, and ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. This central location makes it easy to enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer while returning home to your own private pond retreat.
