They’re customer service was phenomenal during checkin, being greeted with a smile anytime we made contact with them, was very knowledgeable, and assisted us with all questions we had. I will stay at Zenza every time I visit bc of their customer service especially Mario! The hotel is really clean, super quiet and has restaurants that are affordable. „This place is 5/5 stars but on the last night at the resort, I encounter the only staff person I have come across that was not professional and friendly. The beach is lovely, the food is delicious. The bar drinks are probably the best I had while I was there. The workers like Sherman and Kendro were phenomenal. The check-in process was so simple and flawless. „We stayed at Point Grace for 5 days. What we especially liked about the place was that it was very quiet and not so crowded. As the hotel has only 28 rooms there are never a lot of people at the pool or at the beach. The part of the beach that belongs to the hotel is huge and quiet compared to other hotels at the island. You get the feeling that you have your own private beach you don't have to share with other as (I've already mentioned it before) there are never more than 5 people at the ...
