« Great place. Three big TVS, three quiet and efficient air-conditioners in the living room and two bedrooms. There is a big washer/dryer unit off the kitchen.
Only complaint would be that the photo of the small pool is a bit misleading as it looks like it is right off the patio when it is actually 8 floors down off the parking area.
The $30 for cleaning is a bit excessive considering the low cost of most things in the DR. »

« The host/owner was accommodating and courteous, and responded to the message in a timely manner. The place was pristine. It was reasonably priced. The place is located a few minutes from STI and other major landmarks, making it ideal for visitors. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago. »

« Apartment located in a rundown neighborhood which is 1/2 hour walk from downtown. The building is not well lit and has a creepy feel. »
