The floor in the room and the overall bathroom were not as clean as they should have been. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and flaking off. Also the fabric chairs in the lobby area were stained and appeared dirty. No outdoor seating. Breakfast was good.

This property is conveniently located, the staff is friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable. There are several dining options within an easy walk and the breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

It had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and our room was very clean and secure. The room was small but that was fine for us. The linens were nice and soft. That’s a deal breaker for me. We were in town for a concert and I the rates were much better than anything I could find right downtown. It was a quick and easy drive to the stadium.

Staff upon entrance was not welcoming. The hotel smelt like cigarettes and weed immediately walking in. Bed had hairs in it and there was Swedish fish candy on the ground. We were not informed that our room shared a door with someone and tried to be double charged after requesting another room because we were uncomfortable with the men we could hear from our room next door. The second room was equally as unclean as the first. The main complaint is that the hotel staff tried to charge double after we decided that night we were going to move hotels due to lack of hotel staff and cleaning to help us

Quiet area and clean. Convenient to hwy.
All in all the stay was great.. bed was comfortable but room was kinda small for the price… Room could use some updates and paint peeling off the ceiling in bathroom. Room was clean and continental breakfast was amazing, well above average for a standard breakfast.

Disappointed in Service
The showerhead in the bathroom is made for people under 6 foot tall even though there were more than 18 inches above the showerhead, they could’ve raised it up. Stay two nights and they did not come in and make the bed or check for towels between nights.

Another Pleasant Visit!!
Accomadations were very good. Even though we couldn't get a bottom floor, we were close to the elevator. House- keeping was there to assist us without bothering us. Front desk was prompt and the breakfast was warm food and in good supply. We will be back.

Good turn out
My stay was great. The room was really clean and the associates were awesome. I only had one problem(my dad was locked in the bathroom). The door was already damaged(we didnt know) so when he closed the door it locked him in there. The associates were quick to act and resolve the problem. He has a heart monitor so we were worried but after 30 min he was qble to come out and after a room switch qll was well the rest of the night.

Very tired property. Below par for Hampton Inn. Building needs updates. Hallways were dark and dated. Parking was very limited - had to park in very back lot and didn't feel safe walking to front entrance.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the waffles tasted good. I have no complaints. I will not hesitate to get a room here again.
