It took them an additional 10 minutes to give me a new room and key. He gave me the key to an occupied room. Another 15 minutes Ian other room…terrible. People from outside came and help themselves with the breakfast buffet in the morning. Staff did not interfere. Felt like the place is operated by low life mafia. I was afraid that my truck would get stolen.. "
