« Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. »

« We traveled with a teenager and my mum, so having three double bedrooms in the centre of town was very helpful. And we could all watch what we wanted with all the tvs in the apartment. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen. A bread bin or somewhere to store food would be helpful as we had to store everything on the countertops. It was lovely and warm. And the beds were all super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs in the property, which it may help to advertise as my mum has...

"Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful. We had a very nice price so it's a good value deal. Would recommend."
