« Heather was very responsive and easy to work with. The apartment is very cute and pictures match. Easy to get to all our activities. The bed is quite firm, which I liked and my husband didn't. Our kiddo loved the queen bed and slept like a log. Lol It was well stocked. They are pretty quiet upstairs, only heard people a couple of times. The smoke alarm definitely works. Husband isn't used to electric ranges and had a little smoke from cooking potatoes. »

The kitchen is fully equipped but the living room would need to be refurbished (the sofas were very uncomfortable). Also, there are several big dogs in the garden next door, not suitable if you have kids or if you're a lightsleeper -- they tend to bark early in the morning and late at night. »
