« Absolutely wonderful! Very nice and new, super clean, and amazing staff! The breakfast buffet was such a nice surprise too, much better than any we have had at any other hotel in the past! We highly recommend this hotel and will def be back when we return to the area. 10/10! »

« The building shows its sign of disrepair. There was no kitchen. We opened the sofa bed and both sides were stained so badly, it was disgusting. The towels and sheets had stains and or were worn through. The conditioner was out and never replaced. My bedside light didnt work and everytime we wanted to get in our room, we had to go to the front desk to be re-keyed. The midnight staff was not friendly and acted like it was a huge imposition when we asked for sheets and pillow for sofa bed....

« My room was clean, I did find a piece of hair on my sheets. When I greeted by the staff when I checked in she was wonderful. They showed concerned that I did not have air condition in my room. Although I could not change rooms and the air was never completed fixed the entire time I was there. Being in a room by the highway was awful as well. « The breakfast was delicious! They allow dogs and have a doggy potty area with doggy bags- which is always a plus. The staff were very accommodating! The rooms are nice and updated. It’s about 25 minutes from UT- the only drawback. We originally picked the hotel because of its proximity to Pellissippi State- but later learned it was a bit far to visit my niece on the UT campus. It is right off the highway but you can’t hear it from the rooms. Many shops located right across the street. ...
