« Quiet, clean apartment with separate bedroom in a quiet neighborhood, close to the underground and several grocery stores. The bed was excellent, but the sofa and the 2 chairs were a bit worn out/flimsy. A toaster oven would be a nice addition to the kitchen. Overall a very pleasant stay in London. »

« This experience was the most absolutely stressful and (still) remains unresolved. I was unaware that this accommodation was for a solo traveler. There was no communication about this until the day before arrival. There was no communication about this WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO CHECK IN. Instead I was told that I cannot check in and to come back after 4pm. « As soon as our booking was confirmed the contact and support was faultless. The only negative is that we were unable to extend our stay. If the property had been available we would have loved to stay longer. Everything wa perfect. »

« Très bel appartement. Nous avons séjourné à 3. Très spacieux, bien équipé. 2 salles de bains. Pour la lumière du séjour, c’est le boîtier avec les 10 boutons à gauche en entrant dans le séjour. Vous avez l’arrêt de métro Falhem à 10min à pied. Beau quartier. Petit bémol sur la qualité des casseroles dans la cuisine. »

« The property was at a great location and it was easily accessible to all other landmarks. Quite spacious and the environment was very serene. The staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone especially couples, and I’ll book this space any day. »

« Bedding is poor. Old spring mattress, i would not recommend it if you have weak back. One of the radiators does not work. Parking charges are a rip off instead of charging per calendar date, it should be charged per 24 hours Otherwise a very clean property »

« Apartment had all the amenities needed to make life easier, combo washer/dryer, oven and cooktop. not in the center but C3 Bus, Imperial Wharf line and Chelsea Harbor Uber Boat 3-5 minutes away.C3 bus to Earls Court Undeground was our main way to all the main London attractions. Uber boat took us to Royal Observatory in Greenwich »

« Nous avions bien communiqué avec l'hôte avant de venir. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Visite succincte de l'appartement. Ensuite nous avons découvert que la porte qui accédait à la terrasse ne fermait pas à clé, les fenêtres s'ouvraient très difficilement et une fenêtre ne se refermait pas du tout donc nous avons prévenu l'hôte mais il nous dit de ne pas nous inquiéter pour les fenêtres.Nous constatons par la.suite que le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas donc lui envoyons un message puis deux...
